Grant's T-Shirt Quilt

My brother's t-shirt quilt, at least 6 months in the making!  I had to take two shirt donations from my dad (shirts my brother had given him).  And I wasn't thinking about block width when I cut up the shirts, so I ended up having to expand some blocks with scraps.  I went through a lot of interfacing.
The back is brown minky, which allowed me to skip the batting and make the blanket extra cozy.  I quilted in the ditch along the columns, then quilted around some of the bigger shapes, like the star and circle.
It's only about five feet tall, which was a bit disappointing but I was totally out of shirts and wasn't in the mood to make a contrasting material border.  It will be good enough to keep his legs warm.
